NSX adding an additional Transport Zone to Host Switch but the Apply button is greyed out

Issue/Introduction

Unable to add transport zone to Transport Node Profile due to the Apply button is greyed out.

Cause

The Host Switch Settings need to be added first 

Resolution

Before applying the change, the "ADD" button needs to be clicked so that the modified host switch can be added to the TNP
