Issue/Introduction

Unable to import the certificates from AdminUI and observed below error in the AdminUI 

System error trying to complete import:One or more exceptions trying to commit keystore changes

 

Environment

Version : R12.8.x 

Component : AdminUI

Cause

Certificate trying to import has the same serial number with the existing certificate in the policy store and was cause for the issue in displaying the certificate list in the adminui and import failures of the new certificate.

Resolution

Resolution Steps

On deleting the duplicate certificates with the same serial number resolved the conflict to import the certificate successfully from AdminUI.
