Blank adhoc report when created using OOTB Report templates

Issue/Introduction

In Advanced Reporting, the report comes back as blank when its created using OOTB report templates. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Clarity and navigate to Advanced Reporting
2. Create an adhoc view from any domains, in this case from project Domain
3. Configure Project Name and Project ID in the columns (Table format)
4. Filter for  any one project and make sure the results are in the results. 
5. Choose Save Adhoc View and Create Report
6. Name the report - in this case name: JS Test report 
7. In the same pop up page, choose Custom Report Template and select any OOTB Template 
8. Save the report
9. Navigate to the report location and click on it. 

Expected: The report opens up and shows the project that was in the Adhoc view
Actual: The report opens up blank

This is a TIBCO defect and a case has been raised with Tibco to fix this issue.
