Custom form is not populating fields using vro actions as an external resource.

Issue/Introduction

Users cannot deploy from Aria Automation due to fields in the custom form not populating with the needed information.

• When selecting a custom form dropdown menu in a deployment request, it is not populated with values obtained from orchestrator actions.
• The dropdown menu is intended to pull values dynamically from orchestrator actions but is failing to do so.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x

 

Cause

A recent update was performed on the REST host using the "Update a REST host" workflow, during which the authentication method was inadvertently changed from OAuth to Kerberos.

Resolution

Run the "Update a REST host" workflow again to update the authentication method back to OAuth.

On the OAuth 2.0 tab, provide the authentication token and select a token sending strategy.
