Issue/Introduction

When running Applications Manager with a secondary RmiServer, the below error may be seen either in the RmiServer logs or as an RmiServer popup error

ErrorMsg: AwE-5206 Another rmiserver is the master

Cause

The secondary RmiServer has become active or the primary RmiServer likely due to it detecting an issue with the current primary RmiServer.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior if an issue with the primary RmiServer process is detected. While the secondary RmiServer may need to be restarted to put it back in an "inactive" status allowing the original primary to be active again, when the above error is observed, the original primary RmiServer may become active again with the need to take any action at all.

This means that the secondary became the primary for a very short period of time before being inactive again and is the desired behavior as no action is needed.
