Unable to install Webstart Workstation

Issue/Introduction

Workstation fails to download all files.

Cause

Local network issue impacting file download

Resolution

1. Delete the existing files and copy files from the directory of a working install
2. There is one directory named "0" and a file called  recently_used.cache
3. Open recently_used.cache file and replace the IP address with your EM IP address
4. Then launch the jnlp webstart
