Resolution
Please ensure extensions are compatible with the new vCenter Server and re-register extensions with the new vCenter Server after upgrade. Please refer to the vSphere documentation on extensions, and the upgrade and interoperability guides.
vSphere vCenter 7.x
-The precheck essentially is there to ensure that you check your plugins after the upgrade in case they need to be updated or re-registered
-You will always see this warning if you have any plugins at all
-The precheck wizard doesn't have any code for validating the versions so it throws this generic error to ensure you check things after upgrading
You should be able to continue the vCenter upgrade without issue.
