We are running off-line campaigns.
In our current campaign, one of the reviewers accidentally approved the user requests instead of rejecting/denied.
How can the reviewer's actions be reset so that reviewer can the reject access? There are 50 user accesses that we need to reset so that the reviewer will deny the access from Portal.
There is no functionality or backdoor method available for undoing reviewer action.
There are a couple of possibilities for working through the situation.
