How to reset or undo reviewer actions in campaign

Issue/Introduction

We are running off-line campaigns.

In our current campaign, one of the reviewers accidentally approved the user requests instead of rejecting/denied.

How can the reviewer's actions be reset so that reviewer can the reject access? There are 50 user accesses that we need to reset so that the reviewer will deny the access from Portal. 

Resolution

There is no functionality or backdoor method available for undoing reviewer action.

There are a couple of possibilities for working through the situation.

1. Cancel the campaign and re-run it,

• • This will require repeating the whole campaign process and all approvals/rejections.

     2. (Recommended) Create another campaign but filter it only on the affected users.

• • Complete the first campaign even though it will send the approved accesses.
  • Then, run the new, filtered, campaign and correctly reject the access.
