Reporter Service is Looping from Starting to Stopping when Attempting to Startup Services

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to startup the Reporter services, the service appears to start them goes into stop. This continues to loop. 

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Bit9\Parity Server\Reporter\ParityRreporter.txt shows the following message

  transaction log for database 'das' are full due to 'log_backup'

• Console is inaccessible. 

Environment

• Carbon Black Application Control: All Versions

Cause

Disk is full on the server due to backups. 

Resolution

Additional disk space will need to be allocated to complete the backup.
