CA Identity Suite Unable to edit custom folder

Issue/Introduction

The custom Java code is deployed in the following Identity Manager path.
/opt/CA/wildfly-idm/standalone/deployments/iam_im.ear/custom/

Any attempt to deploy new versions of the classes results in the following error returned by the operating system

 

Environment

Vapp 14.5.1 CHF1

 

Cause

After deploying the CHF1, the files placed in that path changed their owner (from config to wildfly), thus preventing from deployment of the new versions of the code.

Resolution

A Hotfix is available to deploy on the IDM 14.5.1 CHF1, which will retain the custom folder permissions to "config".
