Unable to delete Workload Domain using VCF Operations

Issue/Introduction

• During the creation of a Workload Domain using VCF Operations, a host failure left the Workload Domain in a failed state.
• Attempts to remove the failed Workload Domain using the VCF Operations object's details page results in the error message:
  
  "Domain not configured. Please configure the domain to use this capability"

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0

Cause

The cause could be either/all of the following:

• Host fails and is removed during initialization of a domain.
• vCenter adapter is absent from VCF Operations
• vCenter in question does not have a license applied 

Resolution

As a workaround, the domain can be removed through the SDDC manager UI using the "Delete domain" option.
