Inconsistencies within NSX UI

Issue/Introduction

Inconsistencies within NSX UI.

Examples:

1. Edge nodes or Edge clusters may exist within one NSX manager UI, but not in another. 
2. DFW rules do not show up on one node but on other 2 nodes in the cluster, the rules are visible
3. Although the Compute Manager is registered, it reports the following error in UI: 'Error: Timed out while syncing indexes for Compute Manager. (Error code: 60514)'

Environment

NSX 4.x

Cause

Invalid object sync status between NSX managers. 

Resolution

Perform a resync of objects within NSX by running this command on each manager:

• start search resync all
