Staffing - Role with Primary role causing incorrect aggregation

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY:

Total availability is aggregating the availability of Resource and Role when primary role field is set on the roles.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Role named 'Test Role'
2. Navigate to New UI -> Resources Menu -> Roles Tab
3. Filter for role created in Step1
4. Add the primary role for this role as 'Test Role'
5. Access the Staffing Menu-> Allocations by Investment Tab -> Resources by Role Section
6. Filter for Primary Role=Test Role (Created in Step1)
7. Verify the availability for each month on Per-Periods

Expected Result:
Total availability aggregated only for the resource

Actual Results:
Total availability aggregated only for the resource and role
