RACF endpoint throwing error:

JNDI: The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS13, TLS12] Caused by: The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS13, TLS12]

Environment

Identity Manager 14.X

Resolution

Upgrade endpoint to version that will support at least TLS1.2.

You could enable TLS 1.0 on your IM system but this is not advisable.
