OneClick Administration page Send Message to Client not working with https

Issue/Introduction

On the OneClick Administration Client Details page Send, there is a "Send Message" to Client feature.

It is not working with https enabled.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum 23.3.x and 24.3.x

 

Resolution

This is resolved in the product in 24.3.9.  Until then there is the following workaround.

Attached are 2 jsp files that need to swapped out on the problematic Oneclick server. 
The files are located in <SPECROOT>/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/console/. 
Make a copy of client.jsp and client.jsp
