Gen 8.6 Toolset Build date shows year 2022 after WKS86400 install

Issue/Introduction

Installed the recently released 2025 Gen 8.6.4 Consolidation PTF WKS86400/LU16296.
Started Toolset, used "Help > About Gen Toolset" and then "System Info." option to show "Gen Environment" panel.
The "Product Build Information" shows a "Build date" from 2022.

Environment

Gen 8.6 Toolset
Gen 8.6.4 consolidation PTF WKS86400.

Cause

The 8.6.4 Consolidation PTF contains all other PTFs released from WKS86300/LU06327 to the date of release. Each deliverable retains the build date time stamp of the individual PTFs that are contained in the consolidation.

Resolution

In this case Toolset.exe was delivered with TSN86301/LU06579, and therefore has a timestamp from when that binary was created (07/24/2022).
