Issue/Introduction

You are experiencing critical disk space alerts on one or more nodes of your VMware Aria Operations for Logs environment. On one or more of your nodes, you may receive alerts regarding, or observe disk utilization of 97% on the /storage/core filesystem.

Environment

VMware vRealize Log Insight 4.x,

Aria Operations for Logs 8.x

Resolution

It is expected behavior that the /storage/core partition is at 97%.

Values of higher than 97% indicate a possible issue with the Aria Operations for Logs virtual appliance.
