Issue/Introduction

Export to CSV on Staffing times out when using % Availability takes longer to export to csv

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity MUX, Navigate to Settings --> General --> Set the Unit of Measure to % Availability
2. Now navigate to Staffing workspace --> Staff
3. Create a view with around 1000 +/- records
4. Perform the action Export to CSV
5. The export will take a little less than 2 minutes

Expected Results: This export to csv using % Availability or any other unit of measure is faster

Actual Results: This export to csv using % Availability takes around 4+ minutes and can vary depending on the volume of data
