Unable to clear alarms created via the API

Issue/Introduction
The user created a few alarms. However, they can't clear the alarms. They've tried using the web interface and API, none of them worked. Client reports that they don't see any error messages or anything like that.
Resolution
The original alarm is auto closed by system after 30 days.
