Shared Dashboards do not load correctly

Issue/Introduction

When using the feature shared dashboard, sometime you cannot reach by shared link directly to the dashboard but only to aria operations Launchpad 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.3

Resolution

Dashboards -> Manage -> click on the Dashboard name, change the dashboard to a shared one by clicking on the Shared tab  ( if you see "the Dashboard is only viewable by you" you can clone the dashboard and change the ownership to the group)

Click on the URL tab and generate the shared dashboard link 

 

Try access this link, if you only getting to the launchpad page only, please do following :

- Use different browser 

- Clear cache

- Use incognito/private  mode
