Web UI is not working and collectors stopped in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction
The object/metric collection in Aria Operations keeps fluctuating. The following symptoms may be observed:
- You see a lot of Adapter Instance is Down notifications in Aria Operations UI
- The Admin UI shows a '-' under Objects/Metrics collecting
- In some cases, Aria Operations performance is impacted resulting in skipped collection cycles, slow UI, and the node going into a 'Waiting on Analytics' state
Environment
Aria Operations 8.16.x and later
Cause
Aria Operations cluster might be undersized or running low on disk space.
Resolution
To ensure that the cluster is healthy, check the following:
- Ensure that the cluster is configured as per the VMware Aria Operations Sizing Guidelines
- Run 'df -h' on the analytics nodes and make sure that /storage/db utilization is not more than 90%

NOTE: Add the same hard disk to all Analytics node in the cluster
