'Attributes' and 'Per-Period Metrics' not translated to non English languages

Issue/Introduction

In the 'Audit' module on Projects, the 'Attributes' and 'Per-Period Metrics' labels do not get translated to other languages when a user's language is non English.

Steps To Reproduce:

 
1. Add Audit module to a Project Blueprint
2. In a Project grid, associate the Blueprint to a project
3. Open the Project and click to open 'Audit' tab. 
4. To the left of the page there is the 'Attributes' and 'Per-Period Metrics'.
5. Change end users language to French

Expected:  'Attributes' and 'Per-Period Metrics' will be translated to French

Actual:  'Attributes' and 'Per-Period Metrics' continue to remain in English
