SRM Cannot Connect to the Secondary Site, Certificate Issue

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

'Unable to retrieve Site Recovery Manager summary data. Unable to login to Site Recovery Manager Server' error.

 

Environment

Live Site Recovery (all versions)

Resolution

1) Click on reconfigure from site recovery manager appliance Management Interface Page.

2) Select Fully Qualified Domain Name of SRM from localhost and complete reconfiguration. See the reference document for reconfiguration Reconfiguring the Site Recovery Manager Virtual Appliance

2) Reconnect from site recovery page.
