How to adjust the VIP Manager portal time zone

Issue/Introduction

Adjusting the VIP Manager time zone.

Cause

By default, the VIP Manager data is displayed in the US Pacific time zone. This setting can be adjusted on a per VIP administrator basis to match your desired time zone.

Resolution

• Log into VIP Manager
• Click on your login ID at the top-right of the page.
• Select Manage Profile.
• Set the desired Time Zone from the drop-down.
• Click Save Changes. This setting is saved to your user profile.
  
  

The VIP Manager data, including VIP Manager reports, will be displayed in this time zone.
