I am using Cloud SWG service and want to locate SLA details for the service.

Where can I find such Cloud SWG SLA document?

Where can I locate updated Cloud SWG SLA documentation?

Resolution

1. Browse to legal notices section on the support portal

2. Search for the 'Cloud secure' string (under 'All content types') and 

3. Select the Cloud SWG document that 'SPDs SaaS Listings'. This will show you the current and archived document with SLAs related to the service.
