Post Upgrade, Add-in is missing from vCenter and appliance shows a "pending reboot" status

Issue/Introduction

Orchestrator environment was upgraded from an older version up to 8.18.1 and now is displaying errors of the vCenter plugin not showing properly and getting a notification of "pending reboot" for the status.

Environment

Orchestrator 8.18.1 and later

Cause

When upgrading the Automation with embedded Orchestrator, or the stand alone version of Orchestrator there can be times that the authentication that was set up gets cleared out as part of the upgrade and the system needs to have that completed again.

Resolution

Starting with version 8.18.1 the Orchestrator control center UI is no longer available and authentication configuration must be done through the command line.
