Connexion (Connection) hanging in Aria Operations for Logs

Issue/Introduction

Unable to log in to the Aria Operations for Logs with a local admin and Workspace One user.
It gets stuck on the loading icon.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.x

Resolution

This can happen if the Aria Operations for Logs is undersized.
Please see the steps to increase the application size below :

Note: All nodes must be the same size; this process must be completed on all nodes to size them equally. Take snapshots before continuing.

For each of the cluster nodes, starting with the master:

• Bring the node down by shutting down the guest OS through vSphere.
• Increase the number of vCPU
• Increase the Memory size.
  
  
  • Note: Adjust the Memory and vCPU size appropriately for the desired size by the chart mentioned in the documentation  "Sizing the VMware Aria Operations for Logs Virtual Appliance". For the XL, XXL and XXXL clusters, please see the "Vertical scaling in Aria Operations for Logs (Formerly vRealize Operations Manager) 8.2 and Newer".
    
    
• Start the node and try to log in with the local admin once again
