VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2.x Upgrade Overview
2. Disable compatability checks
Bypass SDDC Manager upgrade compatibility checks when upgrade is unavailable due to missing compatibility data
3. Run Upgrade Planner within SDDC and select the targeted version of SDDC that contains the target version of the component that you wish to upgrade too.
Example: If we wish to upgrade NSX from 3.2.4, we must target at least 4.2.0 for that NSX upgrade. Selecting SDDC 5.1.1.1 within the Upgrade Planner will allow us to target the specific build of 4.2.0 for the NSX component.
