Package build not correct for probe in DX UIM

Issue/Introduction

In rare cases, the build number in the controller information does not correspond to the build from the package used to deploy that package.

For example, checking the hub probe package (v. 23.4.3) if via controller we see a certain build, the build seems to match the build number from the previous version's package deployment rather than the build from the hub version 23.4.3 package. 

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.*

Cause

non-Reproducible issue - rare issue. 

Resolution

This issue is not reproducible, and it occurs rarely.

Redeploy the same package again and this always patches the incorrect build number.
