Issue/Introduction

Generate Diagnostics is all green.

Trying to upgrade SpanVA  1.15.3.160.0-* to 1.15.3.166.0-*, but the new version is not available.

 

Resolution

Customer removed SpanVA local Proxy settings after realizing that their network redirect is handling SpanVA proxying. 

After removing Proxy entry from SpanVA network settings - SpanVA 1.15.3.166.0-* "Install Update" became available.

Additional Information

 

SpanVA 1.15.3.166.0-* image was released on January 30 2025.

If Proxy is configured in SpanVA / Network Tab - ensure that Proxy is also allowing access to required IPs, URLs, and ports in SpanVA Network Requirements
