Create Spectrum global collection related to custom NCM device families

Issue/Introduction

NCM_Device_Family_Index attribute exists to distinguish between each NCM device family with a different index for each.

However is the same for all custom NCM families so that all custom families have the same index. 

How can we build a dynamic global collection based of our custom NCM families? 

Resolution

The solution consists on using the Models By Relation capability.  My Global Collection search consists on:

1. Search the Device Families of interest
2. Return the models in the right side of the association

The result is the Global Collection is populated with the devices in the custom Device Families of interest.
