Builds fail to get IP addresses from Infoblox after upgrading Aria Automation

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Aria Automation 8.17 or higher, deployments are failing. Enevts logs show an IP allocation error similar to this:

IP ALLOCATE failed: Action run failed with the followingerror:(\"Error Allocating in network or range: Infoblox HTTP request failed with: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='infobloxserver.example.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /wapi/v2.7/networkview?_return_fields=name (Caused by ProxyError('Unable to connect to proxy', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 502 Bad Gateway'))

Environment

Aria Automation (vRA) 8.17 and higher 

Resolution

Add the Infoblox server to the exclusion in the proxy as per https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/382116/after-upgrade-to-aria-automationaria-aut.html
