VCF GS identified that the card was not configured properly either at hardware or BIOS level to appropriately pass information to host.
VCF Administrator will need to work with the Primary Hardware Vendor to review the cards health and functionality to ensure its communicating appropriately with host. Once this is completed VCF GS can reevaluate the cards state from the host to ensure from and ESXi perspective things are configuration appropriately and communicating as expected.
