Issue/Introduction

Windows Security Center status " Symantec Endpoint protection is out of date" after upgrading Symantec Endpoint Protection Client(SEP) from 14.2 Ru2 build 5323.2000 to 14.3 RU7 or newer version

 Additionally there is no expected green checkmark.

Windows Security Center will shows a substatus of:  "Status unavailable, open Symantec Endpoint Protection for information"

Environment

All 14.3 SEP client versions

Cause

This is known SEP issue introduced from when SEP moved to x64. SONAR definitions failed to load because SymVT was not ready while BASH was retrying to get the EFA attributes. 

Resolution

Product team is still working on the fix and it is expected to be released in 14.3 RU10 MP1
