Issue/Introduction
We are seeing in some cases up to three emails for each alarm for a specific AO in nas.

Version: Any
Component: nas, emailgtw
Resolution
Check the settings for the Action mode, and if it is set to use 'On message arrival' change to 'On overdue age' with a value like 5s (representing five seconds of delay):
