Issue/Introduction
When attempting to deploy VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) SDDC Manager, the following error message appears:
"VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle deployment is not available because X-Region Application Virtual Network is not created. Please use the documentation for creating it."
The DEPLOY button will be greyed out and the issue prevents the deployment of Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager within the VCF environment.

VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x
Cause
This error occurs because the X-Region Application Virtual Network (AVN) and Edge Cluster have not been deployed via SDDC Manager. These components are mandatory prerequisites for the deployment of VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Deploy the X-Region Application Virtual Network (AVN): Deploying Application Virtual Networks in VMware Cloud Foundation

Deploy an Edge Cluster: Deploy an NSX Edge Cluster
The DEPLOY button will be available once the above steps are complete.
