Issue/Introduction

During a non root install of a robot to a Linux host, the installation is failing if the defined temporary directory has not been created and already owned by the non root user.

example defined line:

<tempdir>/opt/tmp</tempdir>

The /tmp directory will be created but with root ownership, which will ultimately fail the install.

Resolved with 23.4 CU4, automated_deployment_engine 23.4.4.
