Dear Valued Clarity FedRAMP Customer,
You are receiving this notification as a follow-up to our communication from April 29, 2025, regarding Broadcom’s partnership with Carahsoft, which has been enlisted to manage the Clarity FedRAMP SaaS offering.
Migration Activities
Broadcom will oversee all technical activities to migrate each Clarity FedRAMP agency customer, ensuring a smooth migration to the new data center. We will migrate exact copies of your Clarity environments and their data store from the current Broadcom-managed service to the partner-managed service.
Timeline
Your Clarity FedRAMP migration to the new partner-managed service is scheduled as detailed below:
Non-Production: Thursday, May 15, 2025 @ 8 PM EST - May 17, 2025 (expected duration up to 48 hours)
Production: Friday, May 23, 2025 @ 8 PM EST - May 25, 2025 (expected duration up to 48 hours)
Immediate Actions for Single Sign On (SSO) Configuration
Broadcom will open a support ticket on your behalf and assign it to your organization. You can expect an email notification from [email protected] to notify you of the ticket. To complete the SSO setup as part of your migration, please engage with Support via the ticket and provide your IDP configuration details for both non-production and production environments.
Stay on the Latest Release of Clarity
Once the Clarity FedRAMP migration to the new environment is complete, the service includes Clarity upgrades twice a year (see the FAQ document below for more details).
