Issue/Introduction

When creating an on-demand report, the complete list of devices, interfaces, and components may not be available for selection in NetOps Portal 24.3.7 version.

Users may encounter a scenario where, during the process of creating an on-demand report within NetOps Portal 23.3.7 version, not all expected devices,

interfaces, or components appear in the selection list. This results in inability to select specific monitored items to generate reports.

DX NetOps 24.3.7 version

Cause

This issue has been identified as a defect where the portal does not correctly populate the complete list of items.

 

Resolution

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter. Our team has identified this behaviour as a product defect.

A fix is currently being actively developed and tested to ensure a stable and effective resolution and is scheduled to be included in

the upcoming NetOps 24.3.8 release.
