Issue/Introduction

When a file is detected as suspicious, the file name appears in the file list. If you consider a certain file in this chart as reputable, you can hide the file from appearing on the Files tab. The file continues to appear in the Total Detection list.

 

When the admin tries to hide some files, the files still show on the list.

Environment

Endpoint Security complete

Cause

The Hide/Unhide option applies only to to suspicious detection items.

 

Resolution

If no files are categorized as Suspicious Detections, the hide option cannot be used.
