Maintenance schedules not ending in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

• Placing objects into maintenance via Inventory Management works, however selecting a time in minutes to end the maintenance has stopped working, and objects stay in maintenance until is manually removed.
• Aria Operations will show the following exception in the Analytics logs: 

com.integrien.alive.controller.maintenance.DistributedTaskMaintenanceScheduler.getAllManualAndScheduledMaintenanceResourcesFromDB- Could not retrieve in maintenance resources data from DB.

 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

• This issue will be resolved in future Aria Operations releases
• Workaround:

1. 1. Go to Operations-> Configuration-> Inventory management.
   2. Select the target object in maintenance mode.
   3. Remove  maintenance mode manually.
