However, when URLs are blocked by Click-Time Protection within calendar invites or other non-email formats, an alternate approach is required. To address this issue, follow the steps below:
Create a support case with Broadcom Support
Attach the calendar invite (.ics) containing the blocked URL.
Clearly highlight or indicate the blocked URL(s) within the invite or in the case notes.
If the same sample is available in .eml or .msg format, follow the standard false positive submission process as outlined in the KB article/ TechDoc referenced in the Introduction section.
