Issue/Introduction

Problem:

An error message might appear when accessing the Jaspersoft Server right after its installation

Environment:

Applies to versions 14.2 and 14.3 of CA PPM

 

Resolution:

  • Delete any cached files and folders from the folder
    %TOMCAT_HOME%\work\Catalina\localhost\reportservice\
  • Restart Jaspersoft
