Issue/Introduction

Symptom:

 

ENTM web portal cannot be accessed with web http 500 error due to tibco message queue installed incomplete when install ENTM server. 

 

Environment:

 

ENTM: 12.9SP1

OS: Windows2012R2

 

Cause:

 

Following errors found in message queue installation log file which indicate message queue installation is not successful.

Error:

Loading 'screen' into random state - done

Generating RSA private key, 2048 bit long modulus

e is 65537 (0x10001)

Loading 'screen' into random state - done

Signature ok

subject=/CN=acmq

Getting Private key

Loading 'screen' into random state – done

<PIMDir>\AccessControlServer\MessageQueue\Tibco folder only contains log folders indicate ticbo component installation is not completed.

 

 

Resolution:

 

1.Uninstall ENTM product.

2.Delete C:\Windows\vpd.properties file.

3.Remove top level CA\AccessControlServer folder.

4.Remove .TIBCO folder from install user.

5.Install ENTM server.
