Shared Modern UX Views disappears after editing

Issue/Introduction

When a shared view is edited and saved by Clarity end users, the shared view disappears

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create three views (V1, V2 and V3) in Staffing - 'Assignment by Investment' page and share to a group
2. Login to Clarity as a member of the group that the view has been shared to.
3. Go to Staffing - 'Assignment by Investment' and select view 'V1'
4. In the filter section, click 'Add filter', Select 'Resource Manager' and quickly click 'Save' button before '(Copy) V1' gets presented
5. Login as user who initially shared the views and check the status

Expected: View V1 will still be shared to the group

Actual: View V1 now becomes unshared to the group
