Sensor Update Failed with "Already part of another active job"

Issue/Introduction

Sensor Update Status Page shows sensors failing with the error "Already part of another active job"

Cause

The sensor has already been scheduled to update.

Resolution

1. Check previous "Pending" or "In-Progress"  update jobs for the device ID in question.
2. Use Actions > Stop if desired to cancel the previous update job if desired.

Additional Information

The "Stop" action in the Sensor Update Status Job Actions menu is disabled (grayed out) when the job's status does not match either IN_PROGRESS or PENDING. For further information see View Progress of Sensor Updates in Tech Docs.
