Issue/Introduction

An administrator will observe following error in VMware Live Cyber Recovery UI "Sync back finished with errors"

Environment

VMware Live Cyber Recovery 7.26.x and older

Cause

Connector VMs are unreachable as they are not able to connect to SCFS using Direct Connect.

Resolution

To remediate the issue, please redeploy all the connectors by following the below steps :

Step 1 :  Remove a Cyber Recovery connector from a Protected Site

Step 2 :  Download the Connector OVA from VMware Live Cyber Recovery UI

Step 3 :  Deploy the Cyber Recovery connector Using vCenter Server UI

Step 4 :  Configure the Cyber Recovery connector VM from VM Console
