ERROR: "More than one storage policy specified as default storage policy" while Adding, Removing or Disabling a storage policy on an OVDC

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to add or modify or disable a storage policy on VMware Cloud Director 10.x, you receive an error "More than one storage policy specified as default storage policy"

The update task fails with:
Operation: Updated Storage Policies for Virtual Datacenter OVDC (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
Job ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Service Namespace: com.vmware.vcloud
Details: [ xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx ] More than one storage policy specified as default storage policy.

Cause

More than one storage policy is marked as default for the OVDC in question. 

Resolution
