Issue/Introduction

After enabling the web service for the OTP task, we do not see the logs configured in the toLogical method within LAH when testing through SOAP UI and loading the OTP screen. However, when testing without enabling the web service, the configuration error logs are visible.

Release : 14.5.1
Component : Identity Manager

Resolution

Engineering team provided a hot fix to resolve this issue as part of defect DE628865. If you face the same issue then please create a support ticket and request for the fix.
