If a ticket is created by an email in HTML format with "%htmldescription=", tabs of a ticket detail screen will be broken. The size of the tabs is too large.
The problem does not occur if the ticket detail screen is opened in edit mode.

The problem will be fixed by the next RU patch, RU5.
Workaround: Open tickets in edit mode and click on <Save> button to re-save the ticket.
